Right now if a computer has multiple connections and those connections have
different gateway addresses, the script uses the "fallback" web addresses to
test connectivity. This works on computers with internet access, but not on
computers where the networks do not have internet access.

In the event that manualAdapter is set and the computer has a second connection
through which the internet is accessible, the automatic use of the "fallback"
addresses causes a false "positive" (success) when testing the connection.
