Right now, any package depending on this one must be compiled using c++14 flag and needs gcc-4.9 since headers have new syntax. Instead, make wrapper files that hide implementation and use old syntax.
add other types of motion commands and rotation commands (vel target etc.)
the visibility graph implemented in visibility.cpp does not handle wall obstacles (only bots as circles for now). it also does not handle ball as obstacle correctly; when bot needs to go on the other side of the ball, the path generated always collides with the ball.
