Unable to initialize backend 'tpu_driver' about alphapulldown HOT 4 CLOSED

Sorry but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with TPU. Could you check the thread under AlphaFold github about this ptxas? google-deepmind/alphafold#122 (comment)

I guess it might be something wrong with your CUDA version but feel free to try the suggestions in the above thread.

I think Ning was running the programme on an HPC cluster and normally those clusters have CUDA and cuDNN installed as modules. Then the user can run the command like she said. Please check with your IT support with the usage of these modules.
