Sounds like a backend issue. I have updated plot_pae.py

Could you now reinstall alphapulldown 0.17? BTW I have also changed the version of jax to 0.2.14 to avoid NaN errors. Could you check the main readme again and reconstruct the env before testing it again?

PAE plotting works now indeed.
But the current installation instruction doesn't - I get errors that cannot
import jaxlib.
