On macOS Mojave, the sample app reports the following to stdout:

Vertex Shader: ERROR: 0:1: '' : version '330' is not supported.
ERROR: 0:1: '' : syntax error: #version

A window is created (and the background music plays), but the background is painted entirely red.

Build the project
