Fig. S3 | Add hierarchy codes + data

  • Add the scripts to

    • calculate the hierarchy levels,
    • the appropriate network hierarchy, and
    • the clustering coefficients for the top/middle/bottom levels of the sigma factor network.
    • plot the Supp. Fig. 3 panels
  • Also, add the (generated) data used to plot the figures

Fig. 6 | Add network properties codes + data

  • Add the codes to generate all three panels
  • Add the corresponding processed data (to plot elsewhere)
  • Add the raw data for the networks being compared (sigma-factor and transcription factor networks)
