ITKNDReg

Overview

This is Neurodata's open-source Python package that performs affine and deformable (LDDMM) image registration.

Installation

To install the Python package:

python -m pip install itk-ndreg

Or, build the module as a separate project against an ITK build tree:

git clone https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKNDReg
mkdir ITKNDReg-bulid
cd ITKNDReg-build
cmake -DITK_DIR=/path/to/ITK-build ../ITKNDReg
cmake --build .

Print all member variables in `PrintSelf` methods

All member variables should be printed in the PrintSelf methods. This helps identifying uninitialized variables.

Add documentation

The classes need to be documented according to the ITK documentation standards (sections C.25 Doxygen Documentation System and C.27 Documentation Style of the ITK Software Guide).

Improve tests

Current tests are limited. In order to have a robust module, tests should exercise the class methods, and compare the expected output (i.e. the baseline) to the one produced when running the test.
