Sometimes EMGhuman is not able to create a log file for the calibration data.

Sometimes the EMGui bar level freezes, and display only a zero EMG level even though the EMG human modules are still fully functional.

It could be related to the data yarp connection from EMGui and and EMGhuman.

• add string for identifier for the subject when launching the module
• save max MVC on a file (in case module crashes but we already did the calibration)
• possibility to start the module with default values for the MVC (read from configuration file)
• save calibration values, sensors info and number of subject on a file/database with the record of the time, day, experiment information (note test, trial, experiment id, notes from experiment

The modules should be able to check and react accordingly if the parameters in any of the configuration files are not valid for the application.

E.g.:
This is a valid line for sensorIds :

sensorIds 1 2 3 4

This line has zero, negative or out of range values, therefore, not a valid line for sensorIds

sensorIds 0 2 -3 16

In the latter case, the module should notify an error to the logger and quit.
