upgrade to use imagej2 and use headless mode

Would be good to do this in headless mode and not use xvfb:

analyze should return results as an object

add travis integratration

create / confirm test suite to run
- add a test of a single suite of pre-downloaded figures
add .travis.yml file for scala

create scala test suite based on manual tests

download / analyze

I get a heap-space error when I try to download too many at once.
if there is an error in permissions it dies
overall it seems slow, wondering if figshare has a bulk API download
can we just call analyze and it can download if it doesn't already have them?

out of memory error on some figures

This is running with 2 Gb of memory. Wondering if its holding all of the images in memory instead of streaming?
