When I run the example inside the software, I found that the content of the 1.adapter.list.gz is empty, I want to know if the content of the 1.adapter.list.gz is also obtained by running the fqcheck , or how can I get this result, thank you.

I installed and ran fqcheck-v2.07 successfully and got the right outputfile when the input data was the raw.fq.gz.
However, the message in the outputfile was wrong when the input data was the clean.fq.gz (trimming by trimmomatic).
For example：
（1）total length: the total length was 38,959,635 in the outputfile, but the total length was actually 125,627,648 in clean.fq.gz.
（2）Max length: the Max length was 65 bp in the outputfile, but the Max length was actually greater than 65bp in clean.fq.gz.

I am interested in your software, and during its usage, I need to keep track of the error rate. However, I do not understand the error rate provided in the fqcheck file. How is the value of error rate defined? What does it specifically represent, and is there a calculation formula?

I installed and ran fqcheck-v2.07 successfully and got a right output（both outstat file and png).
However, I still got a error message "Bus error (core dumped)" and I wanted to ask a help for deal with the error.
ps, the system was ubuntu.
