while it should log in case of passing boggs check

we need to update the gradle to actually release and create the jar automatically so the hartwig team can get the jar and deploy on the server right way

make sure that we can either write json report to disk or write to system out

Need to check that the run directory passed as param is empty from the start and log if so

Make sure that the dir name of the run is the one used for the search for the log instead of the regex
so file name is 160718_HMFregCPCT_FR10302970_FR12244422_CPCT02040021

then logs will be under
160718_HMFregCPCT_FR10302970_FR12244422_CPCT02040021/logs/160718_HMFregCPCT_FR10302970_FR12244422_CPCT02040021.log
