noise-to-signal's Issues

Fix readme

The readme file has to contain a description of the notebook and the problem.

create_all_features does not work with python 3.8

Hello.

In create_all_features from chaos_detection.py, Pandarallel seems to not work with python 3.8.
I get the following error.

Works otherwise with python 3.7.6.
