UPDATE: the same happens when the install script requires Python3(.6).

Whenever I try to install a module from ZIP, I get an error about a substitution for <perl>:

Errors:1.GtfToBed: no substitution available for <perl> in command line <perl> <libdir>gtf2bed.pl <GTF.file>.

This is not only for the GtfToBed module. perl is installed on the system:

$ which perl
/usr/bin/perl

Additional remark: the actual error message hasn't been properly HTML-decoded when displayed by GenePattern:

Errors:1.GtfToBed: no substitution available for &lt;perl&gt; in command line &lt;perl&gt; &lt;libdir&gt;gtf2bed.pl &lt;GTF.file&gt;.

I was hoping to use the Gene Pattern tools on my own computer. I tried downloading the "GPserver.v244.zip" file from this page, but when I right click on the file and select "open" I get a message that states "The application GPserver can't be opened".

Could you let me know if it is possible to use your tool on Mac?

Downloaded and installed GenePattern for the first time. When attempting to download modules I get the message:

Sorry, the module repository is not currently available: http://software.broadinstitute.org/webservices/gpModuleRepository

White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.
If you use a web proxy to connect to the internet, please ensure your web proxy settings are correct

The webserver.log shows these errors though, so it seems like a formatting issue somewhere.
