The antiphons in question come from the ersatz "common of Angels," viz., the office of the apparition of St. Michael (formerly May 8, but no longer extant in the 1961 breviary). In that file, the alleluias are present in parentheses, which means they will only be displayed in Eastertide (the antiphon for the Benedictus is [Ant 2]).

The obvious solution would be to eliminate the parentheses, but what effect will this have on other offices?

The May 8 office is used by St. Raphael (Oct 24). This office overrides the antiphons in question, so there is no problem here.
It is also used by St. Gabriel (March 24). It too overrides the antiphons, no problem here either.
