ABIDE mindboggle processing being done

i thought it would be good to note types of processing being done on data that will be pushed to the bucket. we are currently running abide 1 and 2 through mindboggle.

we could augment a version of mindcontrol that then shows volume image and surface recon/aseg to do distributed qa.

some files lack public http download permissions - intentional or not?

dataset_description.json missing in datalad RawData directories

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but is there anyway FCP-INDI team to add dataset_description.json on each dataset published on datalad superdataset?

I see there are quite a few BIDS like datasets published, but we can't import them without dataset_description.json as required by BIDS specification (https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/03-modality-agnostic-files.html#dataset_descriptionjson)

ADHD200 BIDS data, incorrect IDs in participants.tsv files

In the datalad-accessible version of the ADHD200/RawDataBIDS directories for sites Brown, NeuroIMAGE, NYU, Pittsburgh, and WashU the directories named sub-00XXXXX IDs don't match the ones in the participants.tsv files which don't have the leading '00'. This makes the BIDS dataset invalid. There are also participant IDs listed in some of the tsv files that don't have a corresponding sub-XXXXX image directory (not sure if that's ok or not).
