Specifically, the copy under the "Link to a Video Pitch" field.

Markdown lists nested 3 levels deep (or more) are flattened into a maximum of two levels. Probably an issue with redcarpet - vmg/redcarpet#254

"This information will be hidden from the review committee."

Replace with...

"This information will be hidden from the review committee during the blind review phases."

Unsure why.

Replace:

"You've been invited to participate in a Call for Proposals for the event EmberConf 2015 as the role reviewer."

With:

"You've been invited to participate in a Call for Proposals for the event EmberConf 2015 in the role of reviewer."

Some of where there's tag stuff:

• The table view of proposals for reviewers
• The table view of proposals for organizers
• The proposal editing view for submitters
• The view of a specific proposal for Reviewers when reviewing
• The view of a specific proposal for Organizers when reviewing
• The view when an Organizer is manually adding an accepted proposal

This button should have a double confirm of some kind :p "Are you sure? Everyone will be emailed!"

Question: Is this a new talk?

We might need to change the link in the email itself, which may be directing where this goes.

...and a reviewer clicks on any of them, the app should consider all of the notifications on that proposal to have been read, and should no longer list them as new.

...right now they have no type.

As in, when the notification is from (aka when the change it's notifying me of was made).

This seems to only exist in the Organizer/Reviewer view, not the Submitter view.

"400 x 400 minimum, png ideal, naming convention lastName_firstName." should be replaced with...

"URL for a 400 x 400 minimum sized photo, png ideal."

As opposed to inviting them from the main event page, which then takes you to the invitation page.

In the non-blind Organizer view, I can choose "edit proposal" and be taken to a link here: http://emberconf-cfp.herokuapp.com/organizer/events/1/proposals/PROPOSALIDHERE/edit

The problem is that I can't see and edit all the fields here, only some. I can edit the title and abstract, but not all the other fields.

For reference, my use case is that some submitters accidentally include identifying information in various parts of their submission, and I go in and redact them so the reviewers don't know who they're rating. But it looks like all I can edit is the Title and Abstract field... not the others, which I need :p

The CSS here should be tweaked so these buttons are horizontal rather than vertical. As in, Remove is to the right of Change, not below.

For the headshot, for now we can just ask for a URL.

The link here (http://emberconf-cfp.herokuapp.com/proposals) has gone missing... (Hidden, rather :p You can see it with the inspector.)

When I linked my profile to Twitter, it picked up a test account that I had been using, not my actual account. I can't find a way to disconnect the Twitter account from my profile.

Explanation: This video will NOT be seen in the blind review phase (though in the second phase, it may help break ties). It WILL be made public if your talk is accepted. We'll use these to help market your talk and EmberConf to the public once we announce the agenda, so feel free to be faux-presumptuous. Speak as though you've already been accepted and are giving your audience a sneak peak. 1:30 max length please.

Replying to an internal comment as a reviewer is having the same bug as #59 and #60. It goes to a blank page, but if I jump back and refresh, my comment is there.

It tells you you're confirming all, when in this case it's actually just one. Maybe it means just all the speakers on this proposals?

Update the copy to say: "...and emails will be sent to all speakers on this particular proposal."

...so the timezone isn't anything by default, but when you create new event, you choose what time zone that particular event will be?

Specifically, that unnecessary space.

It indents them, but doesn't display the bullets. I assume this looks similarly bad on reviewer and proposer side, but haven't verified on the proposer side.

Specifically, the delineation ought be 1) fields reviewers can see in the blind phase and 2) fields they cannot. Right now they're mixed. Ideal is that you first fill out your bio info, so the stuff reviewers can't see in the blind phase, and then you fill out your actual proposal—the stuff the blind reviewers see.

In a perfect world, this would be paginated on to two pages, and if you filled out page 1 but not 2, it would be saved as a Draft. But that might be a bunch more work, unsure :p

There's extra copy and titles and whatnot that we might be able to lose once we do this.

There's also a spot that shows the user their Gravatar. We can lose this altogether.

I invited someone to my test proposal, and it took me to a blank page. When I went back and refreshed, the person I invited was indeed listed.

Replying to a comment as a reviewer just doesn’t work at all—errors to a blank page, and when I refresh the comment is gone.

The Headshot field has a random 10 character validation requirement, no idea why. If you can’t think of why it should exist, can we kill it?

The following fields are giving me errors even though they have content—broken validation perhaps?

(The first isn't even required, so no idea why)

This is similar to #59. When I hit the back button and then refresh, my comment is indeed there.
