Build kernel from source, and run kpatch-build with '-s' option to specify kernel source path.

@vtolstov hi Vasiliy, sorry for my mis-understand of your question several days ago, you mean add Exherbo support, not kernel source support of kpatch. :)

kpatch-build is the tool to generate live patch module for different Linux distros, so that you could hack that file (bash script).

And I looked at your distro Exherbo which employs Paludis as package manager. Unfortunately I know little on Paludis. But the main idea is to download and extract source files of current running kernel.

Currently Josh and Seth already added yum and dpkg support for kpatch-build. I think that is useful for adding more distro support.

See pull-request #153 and kpatch-build file.

Hope this helpful, if not enough, join and discuss on IRC channel #kpatch at freenode. :)

@vtolstov I'm closing this for now, please reopen if the '-s' option doesn't work for you.
