Hello, it's good to know that this is useful for the community, thanks!
This might not be an easy task, this summary is read from the output of xcpretty-json-formatter that is parsed from the Xcode log.
Any suggestions @marcelofabri ?

This is not supported currently. I can think of two workarounds:
- Run multiple instances of Danger with different ids. This way, you'll have a comment for iOS, one for tvOS and one for macOS. That's what I usually do.
- You can manually edit the JSON file generated by
xcpretty-json-formatterbefore feeding it toxcode_summary.report.

Yes @ismetanin, was a long time ago so I don't remember but I was able to track the PR https://github.com/Moya/Moya/pull/1680/files so you can take a look there
