What version of bsnes-plus are you using?
Also, what is the "error" here? I don't understand what these screenshots are supposed to demonstrate.

I don't know if this is a problem.
version 05.99 master(feb 12 2023)
"Run to nmi" in debug seems to have no effect on SA1 when SA1 enters NMI
This version 05 (Aug 18 2019) has the same situation

The IRAM content display of SA1 is still wrong
