Running the app from Visual Studio or using the Node.js server should show the same result (databases used will be different for each option but what you mention isn't in the database as you've seen). I can only assume caching may be causing what you're seeing. Go into the Chrome dev tools, right-click on the refresh icon, and select the Empty Cache and Hard Reload option to make sure you're not getting a cached copy. If you're in another browser make sure the cache is getting dumped.

Yes, that work. But after each change I do. I have to Empty the Cache again to see the changes :(

Under the settings within Chrome dev tools, there is an option to automatically clear cache on refresh as long as the dev tools are open (I think it's under the JavaScript section, but not 100% sure as I am not at a computer at the moment).

To manually empty cache quickly in Chrome, just click and hold down the refresh icon while the dev tools are open and a menu will drop down with cache reload options ("Empty cache and hard reload" is the one you want). Hope this helps!
