Problem on running about customermanagerstandard HOT 3 CLOSED

If you downloaded the zip rather than cloning the project make sure the zip is unblocked before extracting it (right-click on the zip file, go to properties, and click the Unblock button - you have to do that with pretty much any zip that has code and/or binaries in it). It sounds like Nuget isn’t able to download the packages (403 forbidden) or is being blocked from updating the packages locally which is why it won't build. The machine you're on will definitely need to be able to hit the Internet OK (sites like http://nuget.org) but I'm guessing that's not the problem.

I don't have access to VS 12 Express but tried it on VS 2013 Express for Web and everything built properly and ran.
