Add instructions on changing favicon/motd about users-manual HOT 2 CLOSED

In my opinion only those who can figure this out for themselves are worthy of using such a magnificent piece of binary executable.

It's a feature, not a bug 👆

At the configuration overview, we already have this:

motd.txt
    The Message of the Day, which is shown to players upon joining your server.

This is more than enough to explain how it's done, anyone asking you at the forums about motd.txt probably didn't even read the manual, so no amount of fine-grained info will help. Imho we don't want the manual to be boring and over-instructive.

As for the favicon.ico, I vote for adding it as a one-line entry in the overview, just like motd.txt
