This is a major issue, especially for HL2RP.
Just watch this and you'll get the idea.

This didn't use to happen.
No errors to display.
To do this yourself, type two voice commands or more as CP.
Often the radios work and sometimes they don't decide to work. Here's the LUA error I get when it doesn't work:

When I try to edit data and objectives, they simply don't change for me or other characters. Additionally, vocodes don't work for anyone with the Civil Protection Recruit, Elite or Unit classes.
There is a problem when trying to create a female character,
The name/descriptions boxes disappears (Well.. they move to the bottom of the window).
Obviously if your radio is disabled it will return false and you won't speak, but the sound of the voice still plays regardless.

And again i got ideas for da RP:
1.Still Option making Combine and doors able to open from other factions (Doorgroup)
2. Better CID: Option to set Verdict Points, Loyality Points.
3. Remade Ration Dispenser: The Dispenser checks the CID (if ^ is implemented) for Verdict/Loyality points (and if CWU faction) and then it dispenses when the defined amout of verdict points is reached nothing, and if CWU or what else it dispenses 2.
4. News Terminal: A Terminal for Citizens where they can look for updates(news)
5. Tokens panel?
I just started a server running hl2rp, and I've run into many issues so far.
When I created the maximum amount of characters, I'm not able to delete any of them. It shows that they aren't there anymore but once you leave and rejoin they are there.
When you create a character, after already playing on one character, the model stays as the previous character no matter what. You have to manually change it with /charsetmodel
I've gone as far as removing the gamemode itself but that hasn't seemed to have fixed it.

Is it normal that the scanner photos are somewhat "blurry" or "difficult to see" ?

When trying to lock / unlock a combine lock, shift+e additionally triggers doors. This means when trying to lock a closed door, it will open AND lock.
I am running linux / Unbuntu

Add the Ability to set Attributes, would be useful for CP's
Add these Waypoint like things you can see in CW, but not only for Waypoints, even for 2D3D
Panels/Textpanels, could get useful i think.
Maybe an Interface for Doors? (2D3D) And maybe the State of the door.
A Second, combine-only dispatch?
Ability to fill the ration bags in workcycles?
I did everything in the video but substituted with hl2rp and my console got this.
I know how to lock doors with the combine lock, but how do I make them unownable?
Scanner is kinda bugged.

Character model SOMETIMES stays the same after switching to a new character. This happens to everyone on my server every now and then.
Prices won't stay the same after changing them on a placed vendor.
Some CP models will lay down further into the game when running. (When you hold WASD the model will appear to everyone as they were laying down, but still running. However, I think this is just the resource workshop file that is added into the schema as I know of it from GMOD 12.)
No way to announce anything to all players. However, we've been using // for this just adding *********** in front. (i.e ***_Rations Disp. Open!_)
Doors that aren't ownable, should have no text. People should be able to differentiate them.
Some additional functionality to the scanner would be nice, not having a radio kind of sucks, but I guess thats why /dispatch was added.
No way to get a new Citizen ID card if lost, vendors only sell 00000 cards. Though, I guess that adds to the roleplay. But, there's alot of scenarios where a player could lose this and it would not be their fault at all.
Me and my community are having a great time playing on this schema, so I hope you attend to some of these bugs!

Can someone tell me how to make a combine character for my HL2RP server?
I need to add myself to the Civil Protection class. But how?
My gamemode appears as NS - Unknown when I try to join, and it gets stuck on "Initializing Player Data" (I just updated my HL2RP to version 1.1)
If there isn't already, could we have a /charsetfaction <class (optional)> for setting a character's faction? I hate telling someone to remove their current player and create a new Civil Protection character because there is no setfaciton.
For example: /charsetfaction Zombuck "Civil Protection" "RCT"
That would randomly generate units and use the correct model.
This isn't very common, but it's not rare. My players randomly time out with no message in the console (for them too, they don't get any errors), and their Garry's Mod crashes sometimes. Any clue?
I'm testing the all the current versions and only using a couple plugins from the NSplugins as well. When my character is thirsty even if I am losing health from how thirsty he is, it stills say "you do not need to consume this right now" Can seem to find out why.
Combine need to be able to shoot locks off doors in order to get into them quickly by force.
There used to be a command in the NS 1.0 version of HL2RP that allowed a character's inventory to be searched while tied up. I think that would be a great addition to the current version as well.
I've got a problem about the vendor.
If I set the price to 0, with right-click, in the admin menu, press save, close it and open it up again the price will be the price of the item. You know: ITEM_price or what it was. After a restart, after a quick change, this always happen to me. Is there a way to avoid or fix that?
For some reason I can't interact with the items like Stationary radio, radio, pager etc when they're not in my inventory. Example:
Drop an turned off stationary radio on the floor. Set frequency and turn it on - none of these works.. Pick it back up and turn on and set freq while in your inventory, then drop it: It drops with correct values and at least is on. Though still not possible to change without taking it back to inventory.
I believe it's a schema bug as I made items myself which works interacting on the floor.
I have noticed, nobody can recognize anybody. Everybody is just unknown. How do I make it so they can recognize at talking range?

I've been using NutScript and this schema for a week or more and I've found some issues, some which have been posted, and some that haven't.
That is all I can remember at the moment, if I find new issues I'll post them here.
Sometimes, when you're playing a character for the OTA or Civil Protection, the sound of their steps are barely audible and sounds when you write text chat, disappear.
since recent updates on gmod we cannot create new characters i am on the latest version of the game mode can you shed any light on this

This happens as soon as I spawn and essentially reverts Nutscript to sandbox mode.
After applying the recent updates to the schema and framework, the combine-openable doors in rp_industrial17_v1 have stopped opening.

So, im operator of a server currently using clockwork and the problem we usually come across is that every character is required to get individual flag grants. I was think that NutScript Hl2rp could add flags thru steam id so it would be global for that user and his/her characters.
Edit: It would be nice to let the command, /flaggive have a 3rd or 4th option for the steam. E.g: /flaggive jhon cpntr STEAM_0:1xxx

Maybe give more abilities to the Combine Visor,
like a Dispatch option (example: <:: DISPATCH: All Units report to Armory ::>)
or for the Codes some thing (example: [red text]<:: CP-RCT: 11-99 officer needs assistance, 10-20: *1.) Could be triggered with a sound, maybe the scan sound from the Syth scanner?
and maybe create new overlays/set overlay on/off for certain rank numbers? for ex. RCT-04 has no overlay, 03-01 has the default overlay, and above have more specific overlays? and for the Overwatch maybe a more Cyclope like thing?
Oh yeah; Maybe give the locks Ingame options; like: for what faction a lock should open, should it open when the player has a specific item or the player has a specific name (like Betty)/a specific string like
.... alf ... or a PIN-pad? And maybe give ability to change the lock glow color ingame.
(this is an extension of my last suggestion); Add combine waypoints?/waypoints in general
*1= Maybe the 10-20 will be given by some hyperspace-programming-skills? Means if the Player is in District/area X, after the 10-20: (10-20: Area X)
Really noob question but how do I make it so that citizens can't buy rations on the business tab?
I know I can raise the price or whatever but how do I only make it available to combine?
I know the IsCombine function and the elite ranks and stuff but I don't know how to implement this into either the item or business areas.
Edit: How do I get ration dispensers to persist restarts?
Edit 2: Combine locks persist but the locked state doesn't persist, not as big of an issue as either of the above

If possible, you could make it so Civil Protection characters are able to take their helmets off through a menu and have a preset citizen model for the head to be used.
Also for Administrator as there are few models for that faction, the suit in the Workshop addon looks good to be for all models headhack (except for the dark skinned individuals).
Not really that necessary for CP, as they have barely need of taking off their helmets. But a head replacement for the Administrator suits would be enough.
So, the first day i downloaded the Schema and the Framework the hands were functional, nowdays they stopped working. (They're like the Buggy clockwork ones)
Is it possible to fix the hands not being showed when Raising them?
As already told in the title, I am missing some of the content of the "newcitizen" Plugin. Is there a way to get that content?
Everything I tried didn't work... well I haven't tried anything yet.
