@dannon is interested

This is something that can be in my wheel house.
Carrie, from your talk this morning, it seemed like you are the most interested in finding inactive user accounts and doing the suspend/email/verify process with these. What I mean is, we find accounts that havn't been active for a ceratin amount of days, email all these users to 'verify' they need this account still, if they do, they follow a link or they login, update/change their password to something stronger. If they don't, their account is auto-deleted within a certain time.
Is my thinking on this correct?
from galaxy-hackathon.
Auto-deleted (so, data, histories, etc), or just disabled would be good too. (password nulled)

Carrie, did you create a banch for this?

Branch now pushed with some preliminary account creation with tokens.
