UnboundLocalError
Hi,
I'm trying to count single end reads aligned to a genome with STAR, this command line i'm using:
htseq-count -f bam ZF_C1F.Aligned.sortedByCoord.out.bam ../Annotation/ZebFish.ncbiRefSeqCurated.gtf
I get this error:

18500000 SAM alignment records processed.
Error occured when processing SAM input (record #18574874 in file ZF_C1F.Aligned.sortedByCoord.out.bam):
local variable 'NH' referenced before assignment
[Exception type: UnboundLocalError, raised in count.py:201]
any advice?
