In the button settings you kept the old key layout and added new ones, so for example walking on the arrow keys works, but also on the w,a,s,d keys, but somewhere you made a mistake because the Interact function doesn't work on the E or Delete keys. If I put your original mod in without modifying HLA-NOVR-Script-Update-6.1 then Interact works on the E key.Without this function you can't play.Your key settings you made for me are useless if Interact doesn't work.If you could somehow make the old key settings work but also the new ones you made for me a lot of people would be happy because then everyone can choose whether they want to play the classics via w,a,s,d or the arrow keys.At least then everyone wouldn't have to look for where to download other control settings.
Standard HL2 crosshair doesn't suit the game, so it would be better to add dot crosshair like SoMNist did (https://youtu.be/2T4d4-cae10)

Also, I think it is NOT a good idea for the sprint to be endless. Alyx is a human without H.E.V. suit, so she can get exhausted and, if it happened, she need some time to recover. Besides, it would be great for overall game experience, so that players could not spam sprint all the time, which makes the game easy to pass.

When I start a new game, everything works fine, but when I load the game from a save file, the mouse does not work.
There is a multiplayer mod for HL: Alyx (https://github.com/ZacharyTalis/alyx-multiplayer), I would like to know if there is gonna be any support for this mod (or any other mod that does it)

When I attempt to interact with buttons, it doesn't let me press them down, any idea on how you could possibly fix this?
the box that allows me to get into the room with the control panel in chapter 2 glitched after I just jumped on it and got out of the map, softlocking me outside the room that allows me to progress
Weapon Enhancement Device when I insert a weapon into it and the menu for weapon upgrade appears so if I don't put 9 cancel and I don't select anything quickly from the menu then when the menu disappears I can't take my weapon back from the weapon upgrade device.Even if I press the E button there.Unfortunately I can put the last saved position so that the menu doesn't disappear or I put 9 cancel and take the weapon out of the device before the menu disappears.

I have a problem reading the text height of 2mm on my 4K screen...I open this case because I see that nobody had reported it yet...I have Half Life Alyx version [Update 1.5.4] +[NoVR mod] with Spanish subtitles activated in a large and wide size but they do not correspond to the screen resolution... is this happening to anyone else? I look forward to your comments and thank you very much for everything!
When Alyx shoots, fire shot effect is too big and looks like it is going from the middle part of the weapon.
Examples:
I am not sure that zoom is necessary for HL Alyx because, as we know, Alyx doesn't have H.E.V. This function just doesn't suit game lore.

Sometimes, putting the valve to the attachment does not attach it. In one occasion, it clipped into the wall instead which resulted in a softlock.
Ideally, it would be great to have animation with Alyx's hands climbing up or down a ladder.
Plan-minimum is to make ladders work like in HL2.
The pistol refuses to reload after using the Impulse 101 command, I have no clue why.
Weapon muzzle flash is a little big right now, which can possibly cause photosensitive epilepsy

The main menu can be difficult to navigate - the cursor can become invisible and using the scroll bars can be very difficult.

I think you should warn that the script breaks the mechanics of the game if you run it in a virtual reality helmet. So that people either make a duplicate of the original files before installing it, or add a folder with the original content to the archive. So that a stupid person (a layman) does not have to do a cache check on Steam afterwards.

Add functionality so the player can adjust graphics settings, etc in game without having to save their game and quit to the main menu then go back in game
A light from a flashlight not casts a shadows as it should.
It would be cool to fix it.
Taking any object in hand, by means of the default key "E", so that it can be manipulated - that is, rotated in different directions.
We pick up any object, as an example, let it be a mug. While the item is in the hands, scrolling the mouse wheel up / down, the item will rotate accordingly, up / down. And if at the same time hold down the right mouse button and start turning the mouse wheel up / down, then the object will already rotate horizontally to the right / left. And also, while the item is in the hands, if you hold down the "Z" key and start turning the mouse wheel up / down, the item will be pulled towards Alyx or move away from it.
Such manipulation with objects in the hands would greatly simplify the task of obtaining the "Good Grub" achievement - turned the container with food into the right position, shook it over the jar with the Snark's, and now the achievement has been received.
That such interactivity - the manipulation of objects in the hands, in general, should not interfere with the gameplay in any way while the player is moving along the storyline.

first of all, tremendously wonderful project, I've played through the game already in VR but playing it again with KBM is quite a different experience!
I was wondering how I could document some of the issues I'm encountering playing through the game. Should there just be new issues per problem, are there things that are "out of scope" for this project?
For example: I've noticed that I can't really interact with the upgrade machines, it's such a big thing of the experience that I figured it's already on some list, but I wasn't sure if creating an issue makes sense.
