There is now one example implementation of the above in the basic ragdoll demo: https://github.com/bepu/bepuphysics2/blob/master/Demos/Demos/BasicRagdollDemo.cs

It would be nice to do a little more. Index-aligned storage would be useful, and would benefit from some in-engine generic collections that can automatically keep body supplementary data coherent via callbacks or something similar.

There are now a few examples of collision filtering. Value of index aligned storage is pretty low- the memory accesses would only be coherent in the pose integrator which is a very cheap stage anyway. (There's a slight value in body optimization making solver related things adjacent, and that MAY result in new collisions being coherent...)

Something we can consider for later, but as this issue is concerned, we're done.
