I'm afraid you're on your own there, I have no experience with porting anything. Considering the project is written in C++ I think porting to Unreal would be the easiest, but then I've never used Unreal so don't take my word for it :)

I'm not sure what you mean by open.. it's not an engine with a GUI, it is to be used (included) as a library from other C++ projects.
