Awesome! Thank you very much.
For the meantime, if you have any advise on how to setup local testing on a Mac (Even if I have to build/run the server outside Unity/on a terminal)... I would be glad to try that out. :)

Sure thing, I think you can:

  1. Download GameLift Local (https://aws.amazon.com/gamelift/getting-started/, in "GameLift Managed Servers SDK")
  2. Follow this wiki to run the GameLift Local jar using java: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/gamelift/latest/developerguide/integration-testing-local.html. This will spin up a websocket server to listen to server SDK requests.
  3. Build your game server using Linux/Mac platform support
  4. Run the game server
  5. If everything is setup properly, you should see in the GameLift Local terminal window that the server SDK is connected and healthy

Thank you for these insights. I was able to run GameLift Local.
However, I'm still having problems running the Mac server (Not opening) after building in Unity.
And the client build is able to run but does not get past the Bootstrap scene.
However, both seem to run, in the Unity Editor when run in parallel from multiple Unity projects.

Above said, I'll probably go ahead and setup on a Windows environment instead. Until Mac is fully supported :)

And another question, as we will be targetting: Mobile (iOS and Android) and WebGL in Unity. Will these platforms be supported as well?
