Specifically, the conflict arises upon installing the com.amazonaws.gameliftserver.sdk-5.1.2.tgz package.

I figured out the solution that work for scrapHandler, or so I think.
What I did is to get NuGet for unity from https://github.com/GlitchEnzo/NuGetForUnity, and installed System.Security.Permissions, version 8.0.0.
After that, I search for the dll in the asset folder, which should be under "Assets\Packages\System.Security.Permissions.8.0.0\lib\netstandard2.0".
Disble the auto reference and validate reference in the plugin inspector.
if you cant edit, try generating visual scripting via edit > visual scrpting > generate. v7.0.0 plugin inspector is struck in readonly mode, but v8.0.0 should be able to edit then.
That resolved the error for me.
