Allow extensions to have run modes about awestruct HOT 3 OPEN

Need to figure out if this would result in output to _site/ like typical, or if we would ever allow munging of actual input files (because you have them in git, that's okay, right?)

In the above example, perhaps

awestruct --mode upgrade

makes more sense than update

If the modes translate pretty directly to method calls, it would allow a single extension to also very surgically be run in a special mode.

awestruct --mode upgrade-disqus

might run

def upgrade_disqus(site)
   ...
end

within any extension that supports that method, which would be just the Disqus extension, probably.

Before we add more complexity to the extension I would prefer to take a step back an rethink the current pipeline approach with helpers/transformers/extensions a little. I would like plugins to get a notification which files have been modified and let them deicide what that means.

@tcurdt It's interesting you said that. This is the first time I'm seen this issue and I was thinking that very thing earlier while thinking about the pipeline.
