Those are the steps needed to recreate this from scratch?

The same is true of bundle exec awestruct -s.

The issue was previously addressed here
#520.

If I set up a new Awestruct project, this time with awestruct init -f
bootstrap, rake and rake preview behave as before while bundle exec
awestruct -d throws a similar error: cannnot load such file -- opal.

In the latter case, though, awestruct -s does serve up the page on port
4242.
