Connecting the "Add Joint" button

The wanted behavior is specified in PoseAddJointButton::addJoint(). However the list of joints and the popup don't exist yet.

Render Bug in input assignments list

There is this weird render bug in the list view that displays the input assignments. It renders the name of the item on top of the assignment widget.

URDF update on load causes crash

Currently there is no update notification when the URDF of a scenario was loaded. This is because that notification causes RVIZ to crash when it's coming during the loading of an RVIZ config. It seems to have something to do with the RobotDisplay.

Support for simulated time steps

Add support for running a controller with simulated update intervals. The options are included in the UI and datamodel, however ScenarioInstance doesn't use them yet.

Accommodate more input types

Currently an input can be either constant or dynamic in one way. Instead of that little checkbox, I'd like a little combox that contains more options. An example could be "X of Position" for scalars.
