Description of issue

Attempting to place a small thumbnail in the 'additional product info' section so that Lightbox can activate it, however, it does not work. When I place the thumbnail in the main field, it works perfectly. Anyway to have it work in additional product info?

When the "Watch the Video" link is clicked, the lightbox and spinning icon is displayed but the video never loads.

I've installed the plugin add-on and it appears to be working fine, EXCEPT that it will not play videos that I have hosted on Amazon S3.

Is this functionality likely to be added in the future?

Not sure this is an issue or a feature request, but I've installed the SLB Video add-on to my wordpress site, and it seems to work fine in ordinary href links, but when I add the link to an existing plugin (I'm trying to launch a video from a Meta Slider Pro slide) I'm taken to the youtube page.

Are there any work-around for this? I've added the link to the slider, to the text, and inserted it into the code, but with no affect.

ability to insert iframe for video
ability to move the lightbox around so viewers can watch the form tutorial I provide while filling in the form. Sort of like picture in picture. Instead of the video stealing the entire screen, it could be moved around, adjusted in size, etc. Or preconfigured to load top right 350x200 or whatever dimensions I set

Problem appears in chrome. The background overlay (opaque black) won't cover whole page, just one section.

Description of issue

Hello, I am having an issue with Simple Lightbox conflicting with WooSlider. A gallery I created is only displaying the first two images in a lightbox and the others open the attachment in a new page. I submitted a ticket to WooSlider and they mentioned that it was a conflict with Simple Lightbox. Perhaps it is something I am just missing, but if you could help me out either way I would greatly appreciate it.

Description of issue

I have simple lightbox installed and I purchased access to the video plugin beta but it doesn't seem to work. I have the latest wordpress and latest simple lightbox installed but when I put a youtube link in a post it just plays in the post as normal, there is not a video in a lightbox. Any suggestions??

Resizing the videos in the lightbox

I might be a little clumpsy, but I find nowhere to constrain the size of the youtube video to a comfortable size. It fills the whole screen, and it is really annoying to resize the window to make it watchable.

Is there anywhere in the code I can put '?width=800&height=600' ?

Option added to not show related videos at the end of the youtube video.

We are adding our videos to our new website utilizing this plugin add-on but when we try to add the youtube link with the rel=0 or any combination to not show any related videos when its done playing, it just shows the loading icon.

An example of a raw youtube video is here: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXQUhX89vtQ" which works but when its complete it shows related videos that may or may not pertain to our company.

what i am trying to do is something like this: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXQUhX89vtQ?rel=0" please note the "?rel=0" at the end. The plugin needs to be updated to either allow the option to remove the related videos at the end or supply the code to allow the rel=0.

There is a plugin called "Hide Youtube Related Videos" by SparkWeb Interactive, Inc. that does just that, removes the related videos, but for some reason it doesnt work inside your light box.

Issue:

SLB Video Handler was working fine, but stopped at some point. Now, when the video link is clicked, the page darkens and the 'working' icon spins, and nothing further happens. SLB still works for image galleries, however, but not videos.

When I discovered that the video no longer loaded, I updated SLB, which required a WP update, and eventually updated everything, as you can see. I rolled back the post itself to a revision when I knew it worked.
I have temporarily switched to a stock theme, and have removed all plugins except SLB and SLB Video Handler. I will leave it this way for a time, and hopefully you can have a look at it and tell me if you see the problem.

I have recently developed a site with both the main plugin and the video plugin working fine. We then installed an SSL and enforced SSL on the site by changing the Site URL. Now neither the video handler of the main plugin will work.

Hi - I've just installed the SLB Video Add-On but cannot seem to get it to work. When clicking a link to a YouTube or Vimeo video, I see the dark overlay and loading animation appear, but nothing happens beyond this. In my console I see the following error message:

I recently uploaded the plugin and activated it, but it isn't opening the Youtube video in the fancybox.

In Chrome, it goes straight to youtube to play. In Firefox, it acts like it is going to open in a fancy box but then it opens in Youtube.

I have both plugins(simple and video) active, please let me know if I missed a step.

The bottom button: Get Started Now! and the button that says See how it works(screenshot below) are both linking to the youtube video. I cleared my cache multiple times. Please note that the See How it Works buttons does exist in a Revolution slider.

Having a lot of issues with the SLB plugin. It is ACTIVE on the site right now, but in a couple hours I am going to have to turn it off, this site is currently being launched and will be in use very soon.

Currently, when clicking anything with a link, I just get a solid black overlay. No modal window, no nothing. In the section "enhancing student experiences" there is an image of some empty chairs in an office, and then there are some images that link to videos with (play buttons on them). Same problem all around. It just doesn't work.

I just updated to SLB 2.3. I was on SLB 2.2.X. Ir WORKED with this version, but only with images. They displayed in the lightbox just fine. The video handler sort of worked. It would open a window, and put the video in it, but the video window would be squished extremely short in height. I had no clue what was wrong, and thought to update it. Now it doesn't work at all. I would take squished videos over this. But I can't find a way to downgrade or download a previous version.

I can make you a login in for my site if you would like. Just need a private way to get to you, I have a video test page that I have been testing in. Like I said I will have to deactivate the plugin in a couple of hours so that it isn't live and non functioning.

Identifying CSS for Simple Lightbox

I would like to style Simple Lightbox and remove title from WP media showing in slideshow. I cannot find corresponding CSS to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.

This plugin is really inconsistent for me.

Sometimes it pops up, sometimes it redirects to the Vimeo website.

And now it seems to be redirecting to the Vimeo website every single time I click a Vimeo link.

What is going on with this?

Is there an update I don't know about? I currently have Version 0.2.0 of Simple Lightbox:Video Handler and Version 2.5.3 of Simple Lightbox.

This is really frustrating - and would like to sort it ASAP.

Unable to get video player to work.

I'll preface the issue with saying I'm not a developer, so please use small words. I've added both plugins (Simple Lighbox and bought the Video extension today) and activated them both. I have't messed around with the tools, but simply added an image within the post of my theme and no lightbox pops up. The video link around the image opens up the video in Youtube.

Upon receiving your message, I have downloaded, installed, and activated the video handler. I added a link to an existing post to see how it would work, but I have not been able to make it work. Then I copied the code from your site that demos the video handling and changed the video id number to mine, that did not work. Then I copied your code exactly the way it appears on your site, so far none of them loading into lightbox. The test page is:

You will see a series of links at the bottom, the first one is my regular handler, that works. From that down you can see my various attempts. I am probably doing something wrong and not seeing it. I have not been able to find any settings page for video handler.

I installed video-add-on for SLB plugin on 2 wordpress sites with same CSS files and same plugins.
One one site, the video add-on SLB plugin is working fine but on the other, the video display is slightly oversized and video appears near bottom of screen (see attached)

The only difference in the 2 sites are one if http and the other https. Could SSL be the cause of such an issue?

Hello. I have enjoyed using Simple Lightbox for a client's site 'www.PlethoraTone.com.' I purchased the video handler add-on and placed a link to a YouTube video on the home page (underneath the header and first paragraph of text. The plugin behaves wonderfully except that the lightbox that opens has the video sized at 480px wide. I am confused because the video is actually at least 1080px wide (maybe even 1920px). Shouldn't the lightbox open to display a larger version of the video? What is determining the size? I have confirmed this behavior on both PC and Mac, in Chrome and Firefox. I tested with all but Simple Lightbox (and the video add-on) de-activated to no avail. Here are the stats...

lightbox works fine in IE

Description of Problem

Hello!

I am currently using the Divi theme. I have a button on my slider that links to a video that pops up in a lightbox. However, if I add the blog entries to the page, the button acts as a normal link and just takes me to the youtube page of the video, instead of the video poping up in a lightbox.
