可以参考 Trados 对“翻译记忆库”的解释。
另外，如果想将以前的翻译转化成“翻译记忆库”，需要先进行文本对齐（alignement），具体也可以参考 Trados 的“翻译对齐”。

谷歌在“译者工具包”也提供“翻译记忆库”的功能，但是我之前用过几次帮助不大，不知道现在有没有改善
