The movement when I try to play is sticking to meshes and the ground it is also glitchy and teleporting me everywhere please help
It makes my model under the map
So I was gonna use this for a game I was making cause I love the mechanic but whenever I use it after importing, you stick to things a little easier than id like and, when I set a wall or object to have a slip percent higher than 0 it teleports me around all crazy any ideas on what's going on?
I tried adding turning but nothing works idk if its even possible. i would love to add turning but i can't, any advice?
I play on quest 3 and when I open the game I have sticky movement, so I go to test it in the unity play tester and it works fine?? I have no idea how to fix this so I need help
No matter what I try the camera on the Gorilla Rig just won't attach to the player. Can you help?
how to climb
Whenever I start it up on unity, it doesn`t follow my hands. It just lays there, on the ground doing nothing. Someone tell me what to do.
hey, i have my game fully set up and working but for some reason i can't for the life of me figure out how to enable haptics. if anyone can help me, thanks.
bonus problem: my hands are able to clip through things. is there any way to make the actual hand models copy the location of the spheres? thanks

I was reimporting it and I did it all correctly, but when I pressed save because I thought it would just fix the things there, it overwrote everything, and now all my work is gone. Does anyone know why this happened?
There is a flying bug on quest. I touch the ground gently with my hand, but it bounces me away!
my movement glitch when used playermodel
hey, I'm new to unity vr game development and really love the movement system for gorilla tag, how would I implement this in my own unity game, I noticed that it seems there are missing scripts on the Gorilla Rig prefab, I'm not sure if its from the version of unity I'm using(2020.3.0f1) or something I messed up while importing and setting it up, any advice you could offer for implementation?
Making surfaces slippery like the snow map in gorilla tag does not work.
What is it and what is it used for?
the "surface" script works, but is very broken and choppy. how could that be fixed
i added playermodel ( mesh ) and now movement is glitching
I don't knot if it's the terrain, the parameters or what, but I can't seem to move as good as in the original game, either I slide off (even while moving slowly), or don't have the speed that I should have. I saw another thread saying that they kept adjusting the parameters with no success, anyone got any info on this?
I was messing around with this but then I noticed that my hands are rotating I was trying to put own model and it just stayed in place it wouldn't rotate up down left right. so can someone please help me.

Does not function up to date with gorillatag, and doesnt include sfx with it
In the "Gorilla Locomotion" scene, the "Gorilla Rig" object uses an XR rig that is out of date. A simple fix would be to replace it with "XR Origin" and copy over the settings.
I have the bouncing/flinging, and i've tried these fixes, and when i builded the game and installed on my quest, Im like stuck to the ground, i can move, but its kind of like Tag Freeze from Gorilla Tag.

for me the capsule body collider on the gorilla rig dont do anything at all, the only thing keeping the rig from falling through the floor is the hands. not sure if this is down to my error or just a bug but i would love a fix
all the gtag fan "dev's" are using this and calling themself a dev

The gorilla locomotion works perfectly on desktop, but my friends all use quest 2 headsets. When I built it for android to test, the player remains floating and the hands fly up and down extremely fast. Can anybody help me please? (I should note I haven't modified the player at all yet and I have oculus enabled for android in the XR plugin management in project settings)

I've been trying to get some sort of OnTriggerEnter script to work, but whenever and wherever I put the Sphere Collider on one of the hands, (Sphere, LeftHandController, RightHandController) I either one, cannot move and get stuck in the same position, or two, I'm able to move my hands but I can't move them forward in any direction, I'm still in the same position as where I spawned. I've tried to put two Sphere Colliders, one Trigger and one Normal collider, but that doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated.
Keep getting error at line 117 with:
"MissingReferenceException: The object of type 'CapsuleCollider' has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it.
Your script should either check if it is null or you should not destroy the object.

the body colliders decide to not work for whatever reason, this is a giant pain in the ass, someone help me
When a collider is set to isTrigger I can still collide with it.
