to avoid confusion, only make can_wiki act as a ban.

Extend the current subreddit banning list

Currently it does not apply to the subreddit stylesheet, isolate the code for that and share it between interfaces.

Place into the real subreddit? What if the stylesheet is edited from the frontpage? Maybe just make that not possible?

Pages need lists of users who are definitely allowed to edit

Ie. let some users edit stylesheet

• Have a general size limit
• Ensure special wiki pages their own respect size limits

After the path name is fixed, this page should output the json data.

If the wiki special pages for stylesheet or description are visited and not created, import from the subreddit and create automatically.

Wiki permissions should have three states, not just "banned"

• Banned
• Allowed to edit
• Allowed to edit and create
