Place into the real subreddit? What if the stylesheet is edited from the frontpage? Maybe just make that not possible?

Show [deleted] for users who are deleted in wiki revisions

Wiki permissions should have three states, not just "banned"

• Banned
• Allowed to edit
• Allowed to edit and create

Extend the current subreddit banning list

If the wiki special pages for stylesheet or description are visited and not created, import from the subreddit and create automatically.

• wikicontribute should be wikicontributor
• unwikicontribute shoud be removewikicontributor

also the path /about/wikicontribute should be /about/wikicontributors

After the path name is fixed, this page should output the json data.
