MSAA Filtering 2.0 Sample

This is example code to demonstrate the MSAA and temporal AA techniques presented in the talk "Rendering The Alternate History of The Order: 1886", from SIGGRAPH 2015.

The .zip file in the releases section contains full source code, content, and pre-compiled binaries

Build Instructions

Just open 'MSAAFilter.sln' in Visual Studio 2013, and build the project. A solution for Visual Studio 2015 is also available.

Question for velocity jitter

Hey Matt,
In the code the velocity is jittered.
I have seen the siggraph 2015 pptx and there it is said, that jitter is not used.
I have wondered what is the difference if i jitter only the velocity, other examples, jitter the frustum.

when I run the sloution in VS 2017, it reports error;

line 42 : resource->SetPrivateData(WKPDID_D3DDebugObjectName, (UINT)strlen(buff), buff); //Textures.cpp,

Exception detail:
Unhandled exception at 0x00007FFAF7F3A859 (KernelBase.dll) in MSAAFilter.exe: 0x0000087A (parameters: 0x0000000000000002, 0x000000C2950E9CC0, 0x000000C2950EBAB0). occurred

How to solve it ? thanks very much
