[Feature Request] Configuration interface

Please Describe The Problem To Be Solved
There is no possibilty to configure the visualized and published topics. Also service names are not definable.

(Optional): Suggest A Solution
Create a JSON description for the topic names (and maybe topic types), which can be loaded from this repository.

As a second solution, the user should also be able to load a description file from his computer to enable custom configurations.

Refactoring

A refactoring and rewriting of the existing codebase is necessary to provide a clear and maintainable frontend.

Stylesheets
Seperate the stylesheet to have general definition and page specific items.

Visualizer
Refactor visualizer.js to have an interface class and one specific visualizer for each ROS topic.
