First of all, thank you very much for this package. Is it possible to add media to tweets like in the example below?

Thanks for developing this npm package. It's super easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. I must also add that this is probably the most comprehensive and intentional documentation sites I've seen in a long time, so great work on that!

While integrating this, I noticed that the Tweet card doesn't automatically highlight @mentions and #hashtags like a real tweet would, as pictured below. Do I need to enable this using any particular configuration?

I noticed that when setting clickableProfileLink to false (or leaving it out as the default), the profile image, name, username and Twitter logo still remains clickable, as pictured below. When I click on it, it just opens the same site in another tab. This can be tested here.

I believe it's because even after setting it to false, the elements are still wrapped in the a tag, only without any href.

I am trying to use the library for the first time. Testing it with the first example on the docs, the component is not responsive and doesn't grow if the tweet is too long.
