only part of the bookmarks were converted

Hello, I output my bookmarks in Edge into a fav.html

I use following codes to convert above html to json:

import fs from 'fs'
import { bookmarksToJSON } from 'bookmarks-to-json'

const content = fs.readFileSync('fav.html', 'utf-8')
const options = { 
  formatJSON: true, // return prettified JSON - false by default
  spaces: 2 // number of spaces to use for indentation - 2 by default
}
fs.writeFileSync('bookmarks.json', bookmarksToJSON(content, options))

but only "others" folder was converted.

and these folders were not converted

I can't get it to work in Vue?

I keep getting this error
Error in v-on handler: "TypeError: fs.readFileSync is not a function"
