Hi, this is a really great visualization.

I see that the current demo implements a websocket connection to hexells.glitch.me and hexells.glitch.me/control (which from what I gather is to share the patterns between sessions).

Is the code or specification for this websocket server available anywhere?

Asking so that if I wish to use this on a few computers I can host the websocket myself to prevent hotlinking to your server and keep the interactions/connections to a controllable/known number of computers.
