Convert between dynamic and configuration nodes

Mojang's datafixerupper has a thing called dynamic, which is in essense a data object.

Some vanilla's configuration, such as generation config and world generator options, living entity brains, are handled by dynamic. If confabricate can convert between these, it would be very useful if people want to create dynamics for vanilla from configurate hocon, etc.
