基于移动手机信令对城市人口分布、职住、出行OD、城市枢纽人口特征进行分析 主要步骤为：

  1. 对运营商的基站数据做处理，对基站进行编码
  2. 对运营商用户的CRM信息进行处理，用户人口分布特性分析
  3. 对运营商信令轨迹进行处理，合并轨迹，解决基站偏移、跳动等异常情况，形成单个用户的每日基站移动特性表述，也叫【有效信令】
  4. 根据第3步的有效信令，通过距离聚类等方式，分析用户的停驻点，形成用户OD出行链，用于后续的出行统计分析和出行特征识别
  5. 根据有效信令，通过城市出行和通勤特征算法，对用户的工作地和居住地进行识别，形成用户职住特性矩阵
