Meters within the building

I assume the meters within one building should take exactly the same number of data points, however, this seems incorrect. For example, I ran test.py commit 6afd1ad with the following outputs:

fetched meter A06_B1 35037 data points
fetched meter A07_B2 35037 data points
fetched meter A07_B3 35037 data points
fetched meter A07_B4 35037 data points
fetched meter A07_R1 8209 data points
different number of data points between meters within building A07

Seems within A07 B2 B3 and B4 have the same number of measures with identical time stamps, but R1 meter takes only 8209 data points.

It would be helpful to understand the meters in one building. Is the sum of all meters' measure is the total electricity usage of one building?
