The following screenshots show that I completed the quest Call to Arms where I selected the Skullsplitter reward.
Then the transmog module of AzerothCore has reported that I unlocked both of the appearances from this quest but the tooltips from both items show that they are unlearned.
If I equip the Skullsplitter axe the tooltip will no longer show the "New Appearance" notification but the Silent Hunter dagger won't change even though I can transmog it.

I think the addon needs to be updated to scan chat for "has been added to your appearance collection" messages in addition to (instead of?) checking when items are equipped.

What exactly should this command do?

I thought the server would tell the addon which items I have gathered so far. (Playing on Chromie)

My lua files were deleted before so Mogit did not show the items I owned. I used this command (.transmog sync) and it said sync was done successfully. However, the addon still does not show the items I own (using addon's filtering: Only show items I own.)

Edit: Maybe this command is only working for TransmogTip rather than Mogit.
