• This should return an error as duplicate phone numbers should be a major flaw unless they are related and use the same phone number

• This actually passes through, as the image showcase 2 different users with the same phone number.

Could be argued to be high severity as having 2 users with the same phone number should be impossible, means when you try to call someone it reaches 2 person.

It is expected to return an error saying that you should take more than a minute per appointment, however it states the error that start time should be before end time which is not true, in this case they are the same time
