学校期间WebPACS后台主要核心代码，其实现功能是dcm到jpg、bmp、png等常规图像格式转换。使用dcmtk DICOM开源库与CxImage图像开源库组合完成，整个工程原始代码早已丢失，so不要索要代码了。
在Github中有mDCM、fo-dicom，以及dcm4che的基于C#、Java的各种DICOM开源库，皆可实现当初dcm到jpg、bmp、png等常规图像格式的自由转换，因此有这方面需求的可转到上述项目进行阅读、学习。
