• In release.config.js
  • change test back to main
  • add the level back (set to minor)
• In .github/workflows/main.yml
  • Remove workflow_dispatch from the release job in the main.yaml
  • Add back node 16.x and Windows + MacOS to the test matrix
  • Add the ref_protected back to the release job
  • Add codecov stage(s) back
  • enable bundle all packages after sdk is published 😋
• Remove single file in test:unit scripts on the packages/cli#package.json and packages/sdk#package.json files

The npm-shrinkwrap.json file is preventing the CLI plug-in from installing successfully

Ideally, we should have the <root>/package.json#name property be "name": "cics-for-zowe-client" but this causes other npm-shrinkwrap.json related complications.
